what would you like for the next mario 3d game

kamek is kinda weird though, i mean i know he's a magikoopa, but really he looks like the rest of them.

Why the heck isnt he different looking?
only bowser can tell

alternately, the actual kamek died a long time ago so kamek is just the first magikoopa bowser sees when he wakes up

I really don't like identity ambiguous characters like Toad and Yoshi. Ugh they're really confusing.
Same. Especially Toad, first I thought he was different because he was red and had a blue vest but most red Toads are like that and then he became blue in 3d World, not to be confused with Blue Toad in NSMB—and that is not counting when everyone thought Captain Toad was Toad. Which 3d World shows he isn't.

Basically Toad needs to be more consistent/more differentiable than this

What traits would you like to give them to make them look different?

Like maybe different articles of clothing such as scarves and whatnot.

Also, what I would like in the next Mario 3d game: Less obvious SMB3 elements. I think Mario Mammal Madness has run its course.

I still want to see peach in a frog suit in 3d.

I want:

>a return to the style of 64 through Galaxy 2

>a world that we've never seen in a platformer before, I'd personally like the Beanbean Kingdom

>a villain besides Bowser

>Wario and Waluigi playable

> final boss not beaten by pressing a button or anything similar

>more story elements, perhaps a Count Bleck-esque villain with a tragic history

>some stars to be hard to get, for example a scene similar to the first Beanstar piece in Superstar Saga, you have to follow the thing as its environment causes it to move around.

>more creative bosses (not simple "three hits" type)

I like all of those suggestions

Except the tragic story bit

-Sorta, leave out the Galaxy elements.

-Yes, also throw in Sarasaland too.

-Yes

-Eh, I would like to have Daisy playable, but why not.

- Alright

-RPGs handles stories better than Platformers, but yeah, I liked Sunshine's plot

-Alright

-Yes

I'd rather have new worlds.

Well considering most 3D Mario games generally don't take place in the mushroom kingdom, I don't think that will be a problem.

rpgs that involves Daisy,Wario,Waluigi, and Donkey Kong.

I am like a kid with a really large list of what he wants for Christmas.

I'd like to have a 3D platformer with lots of playable characters, 3D World is a good step in the right direction.

I wouldn't mind seeing Bowser's castle as a hub world, obviously a throwback to 64 but still ultimately its own thing.

A game where bowser jr is the player character.
How about like the Koopalings learn Bowser's been lying to them about them being his kids and they stage a coup, overthrowing Bowser, and Bowser Jr. has to save his dad? [though i am not sure how that info that theyre not his kids was integrated]

Still the basic rescue-the-royal thing, but I suppose it's mixed up a bit more than usual this time.

Somehow I have a hard time seeing Bowser as someone to be rescued in that manner.

There should really be an action rpg for the next 3d mario game.

Need I remind you that this is a platformer series?
