When I first turned on the original SMB so many years ago.
 
not technically mario but the original smash bros commercial is the earliest memory of him i have

Really? All I can think of is that screeching he makes when Baby Mario steps on him near the end of the game.

And after the Shroobroid Brat fight, the Mario Quartet is underground.

Luigi: GRR!
Baby Mario: WAAAAH!
Baby Luigi: WAAAAH!
Mario: *wakes up* Hmm? :mad:
Luigi: WAAAAAAH!

I also remember Baby Luigi stepping away from Baby Mario, as if he thinks Baby Mario's idea isn't the best

Don't forget the moment where Baby Mario Bros. and Luigi were getting chased by a Shroob in the background. That was more interesting than the conversation between Kylie Koopa and Mario.
 
Mario Power Tennis cutscenes. I like the one with Mario's stepping on Luigi's foot.
 
I like the one where Yoshi eats Luigi.

And the one where Wario falls on his own trophy. Odd how he squishes his Fire and Thunder Cup trophies without getting burned or electrocuted.
 
Beating SMB3 and Princess Toadstool saying, "Thank you Mario, but our princess is in another castle.

The entire ending of Super Mario Galaxy just because of how willing they nintendo were to make it incredibly emotional. Shame this wasn't much of the case in galaxy 2's.

Definitely a fav moment in PiT.

I guess Rosalina's Storybook. Just...it had a lot of deep meaning to it.

The nightmare fuel moments in it too were well-done, especially walking through the World of Nothing... and walking... and walking... that haunting music... the white screen... the remains of Sammer's Kingdom...
 
The final battle with Elder Princess Shroob in PiT. That was actually a twist I didn't see coming.

Also, the Dark Bowser fight was very memorable, and the music especially.
