: Tremble before the frosty lord of The Underwhere! Bonechill's minty-fresh breath will freeze you solid! It says he is the LORD of the underwhere. But jades is the ruler. so WHO IS THE TRUE RULER OF THE UNDERWHERE??

Nah, iirc Jaydes was said to rule the roost multiple times. She also sorta has the power over life and death, which probably counts for something, I should think.
