Survivor (Season 30 coming Wednesday!)

Survivor is a popular show on CBS starring 16 to 20 castaways as they go head-to-head in a battle for survival in the wilderness. They contestants compete to win more food and other items we take for granted as they try to last 39 days to win $1,000,000 and the title of Sole Survivor. The new season starts Wednesday and will feature three tribes.

A poll about this will be put up later, but what do YOU think about the series/season/competitors?

Watched the series every now and then when I was younger, stopped eventually but got back into it a couple of years ago and have now watched multiple seasons.

I don't really form opinions on the contestants until the season begins though.

I know, I don't either. I wanted Jeremy to win last season. That didn't happen.

I liked Jeremy but I didn't really have a favorite until the last few episodes when I ended up rooting for the eventual winner.

Yeah, I liked her sort of because I knew her from before, sort of because she was Jeremy's ally, and mostly because she played the game well.

I didn't care much about her on Amazing Race but I liked her here, and she was one of the best players of the season, especially towards the end.

They say it's because she was separated from her twin, and that they're only nasty together.

Overall I thought last season was one of the weakest of what I've watched though, hopefully I'll enjoy Worlds Apart more.

Season 14 is much weaker

So weak that I could hardly finish the first episode

I haven't watched Fiji but I wouldn't doubt that it's weaker based on what I've heard about it.

Overall a good first episode.

Didn't expect So to be the first one out, but I ended up not caring for her anyway.
