Wii U Gamepad (Left) Control Stick keeps holding down

As of recently, my Wii U gamepad seems to keep holding down, and it's REALLY distracting. I'm hardly able to do much properly with it like this. I think it may be jammed. Any tips?

Is the control stick sticky? Or is it loose?

If it's sticky, take a damp brush (toothbrush preferably) and brush the edges of the control stick.

If it's loose, you may have to send it in for repairs.
