can my computer run Civilization 5

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3130M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.89 GB usable)

Sysytem type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor

le demo runs fine for the most part. it lags some if I play it for 2-ish hours, however the lag stops as long as I pause the game for like 10 seconds. i'm quite unknowledgeable concerning these things so i'd like some advice
