Steam now has an actual refund system

If it's been less than fourteen days of purchasing the game and you've spent less than two hours playing the game, you can opt to have your money refunded for whatever reason.

Pretty nice, don't think it'll serve a purpose to me though.

This also means everyone can play Plug n' Play and not have to feel ripped off when they experience how freaking weird it is.
