How do you like check the ivs and stuff?

What legendaries besides mewtwo and Xerneas are in pokemon X and are they shinylocked?

How do you pass ivs flawlessly in the daycare?

What is the azure bay? I have like 6 medals but can I go there yet?

How do you like check the ivs and stuff?

There's this guy in Kiloude City's Pokémon Center, he gives you vague hints to your IVs (though mainly your highest) but you should just search up a calculator online to get actual numbers instead because that tells you straight.

Zygarde and depending on your starter Pokémon, either Articuno (Chespin), Zapdos (Fennekin) or Moltres (Froakie).

If I remember right, making a parent hold a power item guarantees the related stat's IV for that parent is passed to the offspring. Destiny Knot also helps but I'm pretty sure it's not guaranteed which IVs will get passed down.

What is the azure bay? I have like 6 medals but can I go there yet?

I have no idea what "medals" are but I just got there by surfing from Route 12, I dunno what might be stopping you.

IV calculator is everywhere in internet. Google it.
Get pokemon from friend safari (Kiloude City), Guaranteed 2 IV or ++

Then get the correct by using Synchronize method (Google yourself who have Synchronize, but I know Kilira, and Espeon), give the pokemon who have the correct nature and everstone to maintain its Nature. Then use a Ditto with IV or get another parent who have IVs as well then breed until you get a perfect one

I don't think there's a badge requirement for Azure Bay.

Pretty sure you can go to Azure Bay as soon as you can Surf, I dunno why you think there would be something stopping you.

Actually if he says "these stats cannot be beat" it has perfect IVs in whatever stats he said. So it should go like this

This pokemon has outstanding potential. It's great in HP, Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed. Stats like these they can't be beat

or something like that. Unless you're looking for Special Attack instead this is a perfect pokemon.
