So I just created a new account, and I set my avatar on Google+, but it's not showing up.

Yeah, they did that with my main account. I'm auto-subbed to Katy Perry, One Direction, Lorde, Pitbull, and Avicii.

Anyway, I'd like this to stay open in case I need more YouTube help.

Didn't happen to me either. We probably created channels before YouTube thought it was cool to autosub people to channels they don't like.
