Did you ever feel sympathy for a videogame Character?

I know while videogame characters aren't real I can't help but feel bad for some of them.

Lucas is one of the characters who I feel pretty bad with considering the rough life he had in those 3 whole years in Mother 3.

I also feel bad for N harmonia in pokemon B/W. He truly wanted to help pokemon but ended up being manipulated.

I'm not sure if I feel sympathy for any other video game character. I can't think of anyone else.

Mario in Sunshine. I know all too well how it feels being misblamed.

Lan and Mega Man. Seriously, no one ever remembers them saving the world from three terrorist organizations multiple times and a sentient planet destroying asteroid, yet the only people who ever remembers their heroic deeds are the villains, which only makes it worse. And of course, their friends make them do everything during their leisure activities.

Olimar for having to waste his vacation on a dangerous planet just to survive, when he gets home, his boss sells Olimar's Dolphin instead of his own ship and takes out a loan with the wrong company. All because Louie had to eat those carrots.

Actually Nino, Sigurd and a bunch of FE4 characters (eg. Cuan, Ethlin, Julia) probably no one else knows, plus Katarina and Eremiya.
