But I want to make with a free one. It must be easy to load on pc, 3ds and phone. So any suggestions? I'm not looking for fancy chats and it should have a rather simple interface as well include my own smileys or as well have the option to make personal messages or have it have a bunch of boards. I'm not aiming for something flashy but rather something simple and easily done. It should also have avatar and signatures too.

This has absolutely everything you just mentioned.

Although I'm not sure how it works on 3DS or phone, I think it should work as well.
 
Proboards is ass, it's lacking in features from other software and it's littered with ads.

Get either Zetaboards, Jcink or Icyboards. I'd recommend ZB because of all its features, ease of use, good support community, and just general modern design. It's not the best for viewing on mobile, though mobile support is in the works.
