.iba File help

[Paper Iggy Koopa]

I got a .iba file from a person i know and i'm trying to open it but i cannot, is there a way i can open it?.

I use android btw, a link to a opener or a app is okay too.

From what I've gathered, it's some funky proprietary Apple format crap thing. Apple Macs can open it, but I haven't seen anything for Androids. You should ask that person to convert the text in it to .pdf format.
