Seriously, it's 2016. We shouldn't need flash to view Youtube videos in posts.

Youtube itself doesn't really use flash any more, yet whenever a video is posted in the Youtube BB code, it defaults to a flash player and becomes unusable if you're using a browser without it (or adblock).
