What's your favorite movie? It can be Mario related or non Mario related.
 
My favourite is The Middle Earth Film Series

Films and film series that also hold a special place in my heart: Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Inception, the Dark Knight Trilogy, Marvel Cinematic Universe (especially Civil War), Frozen, How to Train Your Dragon, Star Wars, The Revenant, Toy Story (actually anything from Pixar is usually spot on, unless it's called Cars), Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, the Grand Budapest Hotel, Back to the Future, Die Hard (except A Good Day to Die Hard), Star Trek, and probably a lot more that I'm forgetting.

all of the movies above, with the exception of Inception, Frozen, The Revenant and The Grand Budapest Hotel, are series of movies, so there's a bunch of movies within those series that you can pick out, can't pick the best from each of them since they tell one big story, so i'm just gonna give them to you as they are
 
I don't have a set ranking for the movies I see. What I call my favorite movie is usually the last good one I saw.

For me, that would be Deadpool.
