I think I broke an old program

I went to download the newest update, but the download failed. When I tried to uninstall the program by myself, I got this:

What do I do now? I have no idea where to find the installation package...

download ccleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner), go to tools and uninstaller, works better than the windows uninstall.

if it still doesnt work i guess you can try to navigate to the folder its installed under yourself (usually in program files (x86) or without x86)
