This isn't official art. It's an edit. The colors that differ from the original are completely flat with no shading, and both are completely identical otherwise, down to the size, position, and remaining colors. The following was done with Paint.net, where I put each image on a separate layer and had the program emphasize every difference between the two.
If both of them were really scans from official sources, the details wouldn't match so closely without a lot of unnecessary editing or the mother of all coincidences.
So in conclusion, even when I'm making a serious post like this I still don't really know how to wrap it up with a closing statement, but I think I've said enough.
