Best Worlds in Mario Games 2006-2013?

Hey. I want to know what are ur favorite worlds from the main Mario series? I am counting New Super Mario Bros. for the DS to Super Mario 3D World for Wii U. Anything before NSMB won't count. So, sorry if ur looking for Mario Sunshine. Not gonna list mine, cause I want to hear urs.

Not counting the time period before 1995, this is probably the Mario series' *bleep*tiest time period

EDIT: Misinterpreted the question: For worlds, I don't know. None of them particular stood out to me. Maybe except for Galaxy 2's worlds because I like the space aesthetic like so much.

Super Mario Galaxy without a doubt
 
I'd say Super Mario Galaxy too, if anything because of the Star Festival venue and the Comet Observatory with its wonderful view on Mario's world (still wondering what those stars in that world are, are some cities shaped like huge stars?). Being more exploration based and more "of impact" in its approach, many galaxies in my opinion looked nicer too when compared to Super Mario Galaxy 2, with Gateway Galaxy, Good Egg Galaxy, Gusty Garden Galaxy (ok, mainly the background in that one), Toy Time Galaxy, Melty Molten Galaxy. Space Junk Galaxy had a wonderful soundtrack too, although it wasn't exactly nice "by definition".

The main reason I could choose Super Mario Galaxy 2, beside maybe some isolated cases I cannot really remember now, is because of that Whomp's Fortress with the blatantly better level design, but I think it would be like cheating looking at the OP's post...

I really like Yoshi and some tracks in Super Mario Galaxy 2 soundtrack, but the more I look at the two the more I see Super Mario Galaxy as the obviously better game of the two...
