Need help with installing DOS game

I've gotten my hands on the DOS release of Mario's Time Machine, and the process for installing it has been frustrating. I'm running it through DOSBox, and after some finagling with paths, I end up here:

Typing yes gives me an error:

Typing no brings me here:

And no matter what kind of directory I try to use, I end up at the same error from before. Is there some obvious solution to this that I'm missing?
