What happened to the patrollers?

I just checked the MarioWiki:Patrollers page, and it only had three patrollers, but I remember there being two. IIRC, MrConcreteDonkey was one of them.
What happened to the two patrollers that aren't on there?

In the past month, RandomYoshi and MCD were demoted, and Alex95 was promoted.

Thanks! I was wondering what had happened to them, I guess if want to know what happened to any other user that was promoted/demoted, I'll just user the user rights log.
