Yesterday I got an email with this:
So I followed its instructions and got this the next day:
But when I click the link it provides and pick the game I want to get with the offer and confirm that yes, I'd like to pay thirty percent less for it than I would otherwise, I get this.
In the second screenshot you may notice alternative instructions to go to the "Just for You" section of the 3DS eShop. But I've searched the whole shop and found no indication of such a thing.
Is there anyone with the experience necessary to guide me through this?
