Spoiler tags?

How do you get the spoiler tag to show "Spoiler: <insert text here>" rather than just "Spoiler"? I've seen it done on some forum posts, but since the forums don't have a "view source" function, I can't view the source code used. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks!

Okay, thanks! But I think the closing tag is "/spoiler", not just "spoiler".

Another tip I picked up is that if there's a coding feature someone uses that you don't know how they did, you can quote their post and look at it in the post editor. For future reference

For example, if you quoted Alex95's post you'd get the raw coding he used for the spoiler tag, even if the code tag example wasn't there.
