Fuzzies are best, because they never react to mario, or gravity. Buzzy beetles are also cool, because they have glowing eyes. But the best enemy there is is the impossible goomba.

I voted for Koopa Troopas, since they are one of the few "enemies" that work well as friendly species, given how they look very friendly even though they are supposed to be hostile. It's kind of reflected in Super Mario Odyssey, where the Koopa Troopa are friendly characters (not the 2D ones).
