ok so I decided to look at my stats and "2 am'' is replaced with ''3 am'' this has to be a glitch. mods, can you fix this?

This is a bug in the forum software.
Daylight savings have started in the US, which adds an hour to the times, but the forum is dumb and calculates time offsets for other regions by adding or subtracting a static time difference.
You can temporarily fix this by going to Look and Layout and modifying Time Offset. Do this again in two weeks when summertime begins in Europe.

what number do I put in time offset?

Clicking on auto detect will do that for you. Generally is one number less.

Considering your time offset seems to be zero if I look at your profile, you live in East of the Americas, so there should not be funny business in time zone conversion.
As such I can't pinpoint the problem now. What is wrong exactly?
