How big a place must be to hold all Mario merchadise that exist?

Theoretically, of course, and to make this a bit fair, let's exclude currently upcoming projects and make it to store only one for each variant.

I think, it would be had to be the size of a multilevel hotel but smaller than say, the Empire State Building, Mario has a lot of stuff but I don't think it's that level of stuff.

You could build a museum solely for Mario's merchandise and will still need space for more. With that said, how many people would visit a museum of Mario's rich history?
