I mean, idk, it's not like it got shut down yet. Unless you really need the extra space on your phone now. It really depends on how much you value Miitomo.

Unless you play it regularly, you might as well uninstall it unless you feel you're likely to come back to it. I uninstalled it and have forgot about it
In my opinion I am not fond of mobile games, they run in the background and slow the device down, eat data etc with notifications of in game updates etc

I question why you even had Miitomo installed in the first place.
