I made an account on the Wiki a long time ago, but I don't exactly know how to use it. Can anyone help me with this? :3

What do you mean "use it"? Do you remember what the name is, and if you can access it? If you can, are you asking for editing tips?

What exactly do you mean? If you forgot your password, you can reset it if you linked an email. If you're having trouble editing pages, keep in mind that you cannot edit some pages until you reach "autoconfirmed" status by making 10 total edits.

Yeah, you need autoconfirmed status to create a userpage. Until then, just look around for edits you can make, and if you see an edit you can't make, feel free to suggest it for someone else to make on the talk page (this will still count towards your 10 edits).
