But the other two are so easy. It would be so un-IWBTG-ish for it to not have that annoying last form.

You jump off of that platform that the moon breaks before the moon hits it, land back on solid ground, wait for as long as you like, and eventually jump back down the hole. Depending on how long you waited, it can get pretty funny.

But if you die after you glitch it, the game usually crashes.

EDIT: This was just mean. I beat Mecha-Birdo's first form while it was spitting an egg, and it got stuck like that in the second form. Which meant no more eggs.

I beat Mecha-Birdo.

And then I glitched the Dracula battle.

I just beat Dracula. He is by a long shot the hardest boss in the top path. Also, I've died about 700 times. On normal.
