What licensing should these pictures have?

Whenever I'm uploading previews for Play Nintendo games, I'm picking the license that suits the content of each. However, I find that this makes licensing inconsistent across all of these pictures. Some of them feature character artwork or simply a screenshot from the game they promote, but they aren't one or the other exactly. Others feature non-character promotional 3D renders that I can't even find a suitable license for and incorrectly resort to "non-character 2D artwork" or "video game 3D render". Is there a universal license that the Mario Wiki gods could suggest to use for pictures that fulfill the role of website previews?
