Chapter 1:
Horatio Quincy Mortimer Boodimir VII (1856-) was born in the Minnesota territory as the eldest of six children. At the age of sixteen, he headed east to Massachusetts to go to Harvard, which he graduated with honours. He married Mary Smith in 1878 at 22 and they settled in Nebraska. They had nine children, two of whom died in infancy. It was in 1897, where Horatio received a ghostly letter saying that he was a descendant and the next king of the Boo race. Horatio and his wife and children were turned into Boos and became the royal family of the Boo kingdom. Horatio asked "What happened? Am I dead?" his servant replied "No, you aren't. You're just a Boo".

After his father died in 1915 at the age of 2039 due to Boophoid Fever. Horatio inherited the throne. He has made several changes over the course of his reign, such as refining the Boo's Decrees (the laws of the Boos) and enhancing Boo technology to make it 500 years more advanced than the rest of the world. But after a war with the human race, he made his kingdom hidden from humans for several centuries.

Very good, but why didn't you write a prologue?
 
Chapter 2:
Amidst the hiding, the Boos revealed the existence of their kingdom to only three other outside lands. The Mushroom Kingdom, Sarasaland, and the Koopa Kingdom. They remained in touch with each other, but the vastly technologically superior Boo Kingdom decided to reverse the other kingdoms back 200 years out of fear that they would be usurped in terms of technological superiority. Several Boos disbanded from the kingdom, and formed their own tribe, but because they lacked any technology they were considered ancient. These spiritual warriors eventually became known as the "Tribe of the Ancients". King Horatio, took pity on them and gave them magical powers.

Meanwhile, the other kingdoms were already advancing rapidly. Having already learned their mistakes they quickly expanded until their year of 1955.
Two plumbers had been born in the Mushroom Kingdom, and by adulthood, they felt they could take on the Boo Kingdom. This event became known as the "War of the Kingdoms" which was the battle between the kingdoms that had been reversed and the all-mighty Boo Kingdom. Ironically, the smaller kingdoms won the war. They ordered their growth back. King Horatio agreed and made the kingdoms equal. However he accidentally gave the Koopa Kingdom too much greed and lust, which made them jealous of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Chapter 3:

Bowser, the leader of the Koopa Kingdom, decided to stage a raid on the Mushroom Kingdom. He was looking to marry the Princess of the Kingdom, but she had denied his efforts. He turned the Toads into Brick Blocks and ? Blocks and captured Peach. Mario and Luigi, the brothers who staged the war on the Boo Kingdom, came to rescue the Princess. Bowser was defeated and fled into hiding in the Boo Kingdom.

Meanwhile, there was another Kingdom outside of the reaches of the Kingdom Quadrant. It was called Altonia, and it was mostly undiscovered by its natives. It had long ignored the kingdoms, but it gained interest in uniting with them. And so, Altonia united with the Kingdoms and they became peaceful, until Bowser emerged again and captured Peach. He also later entrusted King Horatio to keep Mario under lock and key. But they were defeated and kept resurfacing over and over in an endless loop. This came to be known as "The Infinite Loop" with slightly different events happening every time. But it kept happening.
