"Privacy error" on other tablet

For some reason today on my older tablet, trying to visit via Chrome greets me with a "privacy error", I can still visit the site in the tablet I am using right now, however, I am wondering what caused this?

It mentions the certificate has expired, Google Chrome doesn't supports "HTLM" and there is connection issues, I tried to adress the last one by restarting my router

Clicking on NET::ERR_* usually shows some more information, what does that say?

HSTS is not a warning about support, it is actually making sure nothing funky happens security wise.
