Ok, I have 1600 pts and wanna buy a SNES and Genesis game.

Im gonna get DKC2 and Sonic 2, but is Sonic 2 better than 1 and 3?

EDIT:Oh silly me, didn't know Virtual Console went in Console Gaming. >>
 
I'd say DKC2. Sonic 2 is fun initially but it gets tedious after Hill Top Zone.
 
... I don't quite get what you're saying, so I'm going to assume you own none of the DK and sonic Games.

DKC: Fun but Shallow.

DKC2: Masterpiece.

DKC3: Good but worse than DKC2.

Sonic 1: Okay.

Sonic 2: My opinion is above.

Sonic 3: Worthless without lock-on.

Sonic 3D Blast: Garbage.

Spinball: See above.

Ive tried Sonic 3D blast, but I thought it sucked too.

SOnic 3 was impossible in parts.

ANd yeah, I thought Sonic 2 was the best, but wasnt sure.
 
Mega Man 2, but if you don't want that, download Donkey Kong Country 2 and Sonic 2. Both are awesome platformers.

That too. MM2 could ease him into MM9, which is balls-to-the-wall hard the first time you play through.

If I can't convince you to buy MM2, then definitely DKC2 and Sonic 2. ;)
 
Donkey Kong Country and it's sequel are equally great, in my opinion. The third DKC was good, but it wasn't quite as good.

If you want a Sonic game, go with Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Sonic 1, Sonic 3, and S&K are all fantastic games -- they're just insanely difficult at points.
