LEGO City Undercover: Need help finding vehicle token

I'm trying to get all of the vehicles in the game (100%ing btw) but there's this one Emergency vehicle I cannot find. It's called the Rescuer. It's the last vehicle I need in the Emergency catergory. I've looked at guides such as IGN and Prima Games, and still cannot find it. Can anyone help me? (its the switch version btw)
