Where is the Ask Board?

Hello, I got a message on my profile telling me to make an ask thread so people could ask me random things, so could you tell me where the ask board is? Thanks in advance!

From the home page, scroll down to 'Off topic Discussion'. Right underneath the title there is also link that says 'Ask Board'. Click that.

Or if you are in Off Topic Discussion already, there is a link to it at the top of the screen.
