Where can I find another Fire Bro? The only Fire Bro location I know of is in the Scarecrow room and I can't capture it because the scarecrow has Cappy.

Can anyone help me?

I can. Above the opening area of wooded kingdom is a small section with a river and a fire bro. You can reach it via glydon.

 

[Sprig]

If you've saved the flower field I'm pretty sure that area with river is accessible from the place where the odyssey lands. While you're there you can also bring an uproot from the raised area and find a nut moon. You'll have to shake the joy cons for extra height.
