I agree with everyone else here that Toy Story 4 is easily the weakest out of the four Toy Story movies, so I'm going to heal Toy Story 3 again in hopes that it wins. The darker storyline as even though it's predictable that Sunnyside is the opposite of its name, is executed so well and gets so gradually more intense and exciting as the toys escape, would make the movie worth it all on its own, but Lotso is an amazing villain too as you can see why his lust for power occurs, and his backstory is really sad but he's still very legitimately a dictator which makes him better in my opinion than Stinky Pete because of how fleshed out his iron fist over Sunnyside is. His fate as well as the entire ending of Toy Story 3 bring the movie up from the great level to the amazing level, so it's easily my favorite out of the Toy Story movies.

Well "When She Loved Me" is the saddest Disney song, and one of the best of all time too. Overall though I'd call Toy Story 2 a lot better than 4 but not as good as 3. (Lotso and Waternoose are my two favorite Pixar villains)

Toy Story 2 is still a great movie but I think that Toy Story 3 is still better because it has a more fleshed-out villain as you see in great detail Lotso's dictatorial power over Sunnyside, what caused it, and how much of a struggle it is to escape him, and Toy Story 3 has a more bittersweet ending than a happy one compared to where Toy Story 2 ends completely happily, so that's why I see 3 as better than 2. 2 was great but 3 was incredible.
