Why was Hurt and Heal: Letters moved to the locked section?

Hello,
I noticed that the Hurt and Heal: Letters thread I made eight years ago was locked with no explanation as to why it was locked. Because of this, I think it should be unlocked, and I would like to know why it was locked in the first place.

I'm never happy… except when translating German text to Russian text and then to Icelandic text and then contrasting it with Atlantean text in the wording and structure of the characters, and… wow I feel happier now!
