The only word you change is from "brothers" to "frères". Not 100% sure how you arrange it (Mario Frères Supers?) but "super" is literally the same (unless you need a plural modifier like you usually do for adjectives) as well as "Mario".

It's depending on what you mean by "Super Mario Bros.".

If you mean the brothers, like Mario and Luigi, it is "Les frères Super Mario" ou "Les frères Mario". You can also simply just use "Les frères Mario et Luigi".

If you mean the actual game or the series, you just go with the english naming "le jeu Super Mario Bros." ou "la série Super Mario Bros.". French speaker here, and we're not using a french translation for the game or series.
