How can you get rid of spam messages that someone else put in your profile?

I was spammed with nonsensical messages on my userpage. I want to get rid of them because I don't want to be humiliated.

There should be a delete button on all posts on your profile. It's next to the edit button on your posts and the report button on anyone else's posts.

I only see that button on my posts, not on anyone else's posts. Maybe I have to be an administrator to do that.
