how do you make a poll on a thread?

Since there's already a poll in that thread, you're unable to get rid of it and replace it with a different one, and your options for editing the existing ones are limited. Only moderators have full control over deleting/editing polls, but luckily I'm a local mod in the 'Shroom Creations board, so if you'd like, I can remove it for you so you have room to create a new one.
