Oh man, there's so many good ones. There's two that I can think of.

15 weirdest psychological disorders (it is very respectful despite title and very informative.)

Also a stinkpost of a content warning screen then a skeleton running through a graveyard while the first part of "bad to the bone" plays.

Kind of cheating a bit since this isn't a single video, although it is a multi-part series covering a single topic, but Technology Connection's 5-part series covering the history and development of the Capacitance Electronic Disc (the RCA SelectaVision, as it was branded) is genuinely an enjoyable watch if you've got a bit over 2 hours to spare and you're a goddamn nerd like me who's into obsolete media formats and want a fairly deep dive into the history of a media format that began development in 1964, wasn't released until 1981, discontinued in 1984, and literally brought down the entire company behind the format.
