I admit, I've only started playing a few weeks ago so I unfortunately can't say I'm that familiar with all islands.
Though my ranking of the Natural islands have to go like this:
5. Cold Island: it's amazing. But it's nothing without Deedge. Also my brothers always ask me if it's cold outside. They're not even concerned about the temperature, just making an MSM reference… so that's annoying.
4. Air Island: I don't know what to say. I think it's neat. Has the best Maw in my opinion.
3. Plant Island: A classic. My nostalgia glasses made me place it higher than air. Sorry. Also Ghazt is the second best ethereal and Punkleton is the best seasonal. Feels the most "complete"out of all the islands.
2. Water Island: it's so calm. Also Geeode is the best ethereal in my opinion. Makes me really want to see the water island mythical.
1. Earth Island: ever since the new mythical extending the song, it suddenly became my favorite. Quarrister is my favorite quad-element monster and the Werdo's song is probably the only one I actually remember the lyrics to.
