This was a fun idea I just thought up - which characters from My Little Pony could technically be counterparts to Mario characters? Try to compare two characters that are very similar to each other, and provide images if you can. Also make sure to provide reason(s) as to why you think the two characters you chose are similar. Let me present some examples.
Rosalina and Princess Celestia
These two characters are both princesses, and they have gentle, soothing voices.
Toadette and Pinkie Pie
Both characters are super cheerful and lively, and plus they're pink!
Kanya and Pinkamena
Both characters are crazy and have creepy smiles!
Captain Toad and Daring Do
They are both adventurers who have their own arch nemesis (Wingo and Ahuizotl)!
