The title of this TV show episode reminded me of the Nintendo handheld console "Game Boy" and other parts of it reminded me of other Nintendo stuff

This is an episode from "The Loud House" and the title of it is "Game Boys" which is a reference to the Nintendo handheld console Game Boy. Plus, the title card for this episode is a reference to Nintendo platformer from 1985 called "Super Mario Bros.", which spawned a media franchise of the same name as well as that the console shown in the episode is called a "Snap", which is a reference to the Nintendo Switch.

All pretty bottom of the barrel gaming references, if I'm being honest. Out of animated shows, Glitch Techs definitely handles these the best, with Gravity Falls and Gumball not being too bad at it either.

I did think the Glitch Techs gaming theme was done pretty well. As for this episode, well yeah it uses kind of common and expected references
