MS-DOS 3.20​

This is my virtual machine. I created it using VirtualBox. The reason why it's "MS-DOS and Windows" is because earlier versions of Windows ran from MS-DOS.
I mounted MS-DOS 3.20 Floppy Disk 1 and started the virtual machine.

I then ran fdisk.exe.

I created DOS partition of size 1 cylinder with starting cylinder number 0.

Microsoft Word for DOS Beta Test Version X1.06​

I mounted the floppy disk for Microsoft Word for DOS Beta Test Version X1.06 and ran word.com.

"Cancel" means "Escape".
I pressed the Escape key, the letter T, and the letter S on my keyboard.

Filenames are limited to 8 characters.
I pressed Enter.

I then quit Microsoft Word for DOS Beta Test Version X1.06.

I copied word.doc, word.bak, and mw.ini to C:.
