Super Mario Bros. - World 1-1​

I started by playing Super Mario Bros.

I played World 1-1. I did not enter the bonus area as I wanted the 1-Up Mushroom.

Super Mario Bros. - World 1-2​

I played World 1-2. I did not enter the Warp Zone because I wanted to play all 32 levels.

Super Mario Bros. - World 1-3​

I played World 1-3.

Understandable but maybe you should have played the first Bowser. You only played 3 levels. This is a RECOMMENDATION, not a CRITICISM.

@Wynn Liaw It's really cool that you're playing the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES. I personally still think these games are classics and hold up today and are still fun to play despite how outdated they are. You might want to also play the remakes on SNES with the "Super Mario All-Stars" compilation too. Graphics and visuals have been vastly improved without drastically changing the gameplay experience.
