For Donkey Kong Country's 30th anniversary last year, I recreated the game's intro cinematic in 3D using scans of vintage Donkey Kong Country 1 toys from Japan, called keshi.
The first half of the video is a beat-for-beat remake of the original intro, while the second half of the video is a diorama I created using the toy figures.
