Mario Kart 7 although I'm sure when I get Mario Kart 8 for Christmas this year I will like that one way more and it will be my new favorite. I also still like Mario Kart Wii though.

My favourite out of the few I've played would be Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U without question. Sadly official online is gone now, but I'm very pleased that there is an open source network called Pretendo that allows you to still play MK8 online even though the official servers are down!
