This is late, but...

Basically, Obama was giving a speech on health care reform. When the president said that illegal immigrants wouldn't be eligible for the public option, Joe Wilson, a Republican congressman, shouted "YOU LIE!"

Every time I hear about that I picture Zim with his arms flailing about screaming "YOU LIE!"
