Certainly. I don't get why she wasn't in Super Paper Mario... Maybe because Bowser was playable and they didn't know how to incorporate her into the game.
 
HAHAHAHAHA. I don't know about anyone else, but am I the only one who misinterpreted the topic title when I first saw it? Anyway, yeah. I agree with Smashgoom202. Hopefully, she'll return in the next Paper Mario game.

Nope, I thought the same. And I agree with Smashgoom as well. Haggy makes a pretty good villain.
