Anyone having this problem with SMAllstars-SMW?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has/had this problem or has a solution.

In the Super Mario Allstars+World version of Super Mario World, I can't get the 96 exits to appear at the file selection screen.
I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's pretty weird.
I am pretty sure I found all exits, I checked like a hunderd times.
Still after I beat bowser, and the whole cedits have played, you have to reset the game. Well, when I check back then, I still don't have 96, but still 95.
So, what am I doing wrong, I'm dying to know, I'm busy doing this for quite some time and still didn't found out!

You possibly just didn't save the game when you got the last goal. Plus, Bowser's Castle doesn't count since there's no way to save after you beat it. So the programmers didn't make it a goal.
 
Well, apparently I didn't get to the 'normal goal' of a stage, but instead only got the 'secret goal' which was required to pass. Pretty dumb mistake, I guess.
Thanks anyway Sheep Man, can't wait for MM10 myself either!
